Steep & Brew Satisfaction Guarantee Rules and Restrictions: All requests must be postmarked within two weeks of the purchase date. Purchase must be from a store displaying the Satisfaction Guarantee materials at time of purchase. Refunds are available to individuals only. Photocopied, faxed or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Requests which at the sole discretion of Steep & Brew do not comply with the terms and conditions of this offer, including any fraudulent offers, are invalid. Duplicate requests and requests deemed to be invalid will be rejected. Rejected requests will not be returned. Keep a copy of your submitted requests, sales receipts, and UPC for your records. All submitted requests remain the property of Steep & Brew Coffee Roasters. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Steep & Brew is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.
